Getting You Married - The Process
Here's an outline of what the process would look like, from getting to know each other to making your love officially official.

1 - Initial chat
I offer a no obligation initial 30 minute Zoom or FaceTime call where we can get to know each other, you can ask me any questions you might have and see if we might be be a good match for your big day.

2 - In the flesh
If we hit it off on our initial call I'm very happy to meet in the flesh IRL so you are confident with your decision. I would love to hear more about your story, get to know you both in person and get to know what makes your relationship special.

3 - Securing your date
I request a 50% deposit to lock in your wedding date.

4 - Getting started - initial ceremony thoughts
A memorable ceremony is created by thoughtfully weaving together all the little moments that matter to you. I will send you some initial questions and thought starters to help start shaping up what the ceremony will look like for your big day. I'll also send you some ideas and general advice to help you consider what you want your special day to be.

5 - Marriage license & your story
3 months out you can apply for your marriage license. I will help you organise this. At this time I will also send you a questionnaire to get to know your journey (how you met, the proposal, relationship highlights) so I can get to know your story better and start shaping up the ceremony script.

6 - One month to go
I will check in on all ceremony details. This is when we can decide whether we require a rehearsal. I will have your script drafted and it’s your decision whether you would like to see it or have it as a surprise on the day. I can also start providing help with your vows if you want some thought starters or to check they match in length and tone.

7 - Finishing touches
One week ahead of the ceremony we will do a final check of all details, making sure your day will run as smoothly as possible.

8 - The big day!
The day you've been waiting for! We get you married!
Plus I send off all of the required paperwork to Births, Deaths and Marriages. Signed, sealed, delivered!
